Game Night Outfit - Predators v. Avalanche - 3/4/18

Well Bernie (The Avs Mascot) and I finally got around to doing a little dance. FYI, I used to be a Denver Nuggets Dancer and miss performing/dancing very, very much!! Every now and then I like to bust a move just to prove I can still hang.

I pulled a LOT of inspiration for this game day outfit from the one and only Bruno Mars. I feel like the kimono is easily something you'd see him or one of his back up dancers wearing.

Free People Let's Dance Robe

I actually found this robe on instagram when another blogger posted about it. I immediately screen-shotted the photo and jumped on my Like to Know it app. I highly recommend downloading this app if you enjoy scrolling through instagram and often wanting the clothes others post (this is a daily occurrence for me.)

This Let's Dance Robe from Free People is no longer available on their website, however I've searched it out on a few others! You can always plug a title of the clothing item into google search and look at the shopping tab too.

Black Leather Leggings

We've had so many games during this week and I will be the first to admit that I pull inspiration from just about anywhere I possibly can. I was feeling quite uninspired heading into this game when a light bulb popped on in my head. The game before I was running through the Avs hallway from one promotion to another, when I ran past my ridiculously beautiful, stunning, inspiring, and all around girl boss, lovely friend Lauren Gardner. She was rocking some cute black leather pants during the previous game, and I thought "what a genius idea!" I dug through my closet until I landed on my own pair of black leather pants (previously featured on another game night outfit post).

Side note: I have to take a moment to talk about how incredible Lauren Gardner is. I am so honored to call her one of my dear friends. Lauren is an amazingly strong woman with unbelievable determination. She is incredibly talented and most of all genuine. Many of you know I've done this emceeing job for the Avalanche for many years. What you may not know is that I actually followed in Lauren's footsteps, as she was the previous emcee for the Avs. Okay okay, you get that I have a serious girl crush on her, but I hope that everyone finds friends in their lives that are as wonderful as she is!

Black Lace Top

I am a sucker for black lace tops, admittedly I have a few of them in my wardrobe. This one is from H&M and they have 4 or 5 different versions of this style! I love this one in particular, because it has a light silky feel to it. Did I mention that these go with EVERYTHING?!

Beatrice L.A.M.B. Heels

These have been featured on the blog before, and they're still one of my favorite pairs of heels. I found these L.A.M.B heels on the clearance rack at T.J. Maxx! It's like hitting the jackpot when you find something like these, let alone on the clearance rack!

Since they are from a few seasons ago, they're hard to find available now but I did find a size 8.5 on Tradesy
