Game Night Outfit - Avs v. Stars - 11/1/19 — Rosé, Rocks & Retail Therapy

Can you believe its November?! The time is flying by! I’m going a little out of order here, the game night outfit from the 30th will be posted this week but I’m fast forwarding to Friday’s GNO first!

I shot this look a few weeks ago with the incredible Jenna Sparks (If you’re looking for a photographer in the Denver area, reach out to her she’s amazing!!) I really love this camo jacket (from my Amazon Try On Session #1) So I wanted to create a game night outfit around it, and without further adieu, here it is!

Camo Jacket

This jacket was purchased on Amazon but is from the brand BlankNYC.

I love anything and everything camo. Shockingly, I did not have a nice lightweight camo zip up in my wardrobe. When I saw this one from BlankNYC, I knew it was meant to be. I love their brand and have a few leather jackets from them (see my latest Game Night Outfit post!)

Faux Suede Cut Out Dress

Little black dresses are a necessity. I have too many to be completely honest. I’ll need to start posting some to my Poshmark app!

Anyway, this little black dress has a cut-out style to it with a jagged edge to the bottom. I always preach how much I love standard styles with a twist. This is great example of that. It’s a high-neck little black dress but they designed it with the extra triangle of fabric at the bottom to give it flare.

OTK Boots

Everyone should have OTK (Over-The-Knee) boots in their shoe closet (oh is that just me that has a shoe closet?? oops…) Anyway, I love my OTK boots but the key for me is the stiletto heel. So many of the OTK boots tend to have a block heel which is not my favorite. I’m pretty short and feel like the stiletto heel elongates my leg so much more than a block heel. Shop my boots here!

Jewels

I like pairing a long necklace with a high neckline. If I had all the money in the world I’d have a TON of jewelry, but even being in the business….well girls gotta eat. So this one is a cheap-o from Forever 21. I love some of their longer layered necklace styles (tagged below).

In addition to the necklace, I was wearing my gold hoops…obviously. Mine are 14k yellow gold and super lightweight purchased from my jewelry store. I’ve tagged similar styles below (If you’re in the Boulder area, come visit me and do some jewelry shopping!)

I also had a fun black and gold bracelet stack on to compliment the necklace style! I love the little packs that you can get where they’re all slightly different.
