Game Night Outfit - Avs v. Panthers - 10/30/19
Throwback!!
I’m throwing it back to last week’s game night outfit when the Avs played the Panthers the day before Halloween. The craziness of Halloween week got the best of me and I never got this up and live! So here it is, mostly because I want to share the shoes with you all. Hope you love them as much as I do!
The Nuggets Dancers were doing their photoshoot up on the practice court, while we had a game. I miss those days so much!! It was so wonderful to see my former coach & some of the girls I was fortunate to work with. I also got to see the Nuggets photographer, Garrett Ellwood who is seriously the best ever! I was able to jump in and snap a few photos with him!
Spanx Moto Leggings
If you haven’t invested in a pair of these yet, like seriously, what are you even doing?? These things are life changing!! I have two pairs of the moto ones (tagged below) and I’m hoping to get the new quilted ones asap! I also have the plain faux leather leggings which are a great alternative to the moto style!
Skull Scarf
I love this scarf, it’s one of my favorite things I brought back with me from Beijing. (I was actually there with the Nuggets Dancers back in 2009 when the Nuggets played the Pacers in a pair of pre-season games). I found a few similar styles that I tagged below!
Hoodie Blazer
I just found this zip-up hoodie/blazer combo. The hoodie portion comes out of the blazer so it’s basically a two-for-one. More importantly, I love how the hoodie portion makes the blazer a more casual look. I’m convinced the only person who actually looks fabulous in a blazer is Blake Lively (i.e. A Simple Favor movie). but at least I’m going for it with this one!
Black Lace Top
I mentioned in my last blog post how much I love black lace detail. I think it’s important to have a black lace cami or bralette in the mix of your wardrobe. It goes perfectly as a basic to layer with other styles.
Snake Skin Heels
I actually planned my whole outfit around these heels. I LOVE the orange and black snake skin print. All the animal prints are so popular right now, and I’m always a huge fan of color pops. Shop these heels directly below, you will NOT be disappointed!
Jewels
I mentioned my favorite jewelry designer, Amáli Jewelry, in my last blog post (head over the my Game Night Outfit - Avs v. Preds here.) I wanted a pop of color outside of my orange shoes, and figured this gorgeous Turquoise necklace would do just the trick! The Amáli Jewelry line is so spectacular, the designer and created hand picks each gemstone to create into jewelry. Join us at Hurdle’s Jewelry in Boulder for our trunk show with Amáli Jewelry next Friday & Saturday Nov. 15th & 16th!!
