Game Night Outfit - Avs v. Blackhawks - 12/21/19

Well we kinda blew it at the end of the game, but this game was an incredibly memorable one for me.

I’ll get to the specifics about my Game Night Outfit…but first let’s talk about puppies. At this game we featured 5 sweet dogs from the Maxfund Animal Adoption Center. They allowed me to showcase each of these dogs on camera during an intermission, geez louise have my dreams come true or what?! These pups were so sweet. I really hope each of them find a home for the holidays. If you want to adopt from or volunteer at Maxfund click on the link above to learn more! I am so happy to report that I went and checked on the pups during the second intermission and the volunteers from Maxfund had run out of applications!!

Below is the sweet pup Oreo who is a 5 year old Papillon. I wanted to take her home SOOOO bad. Although I think my 5 year old toy poodle would be pissed for sure.

Okay, now onto the details of my Game Night Outfit!!

Leather Hoodie Jacket

I admittedly have too many leather jackets, it’s the truth. So I decided to buy another one. But, this one’s different!! This one has another layer of a gray hoodie attached to the leather portion. I love layered looks.

In all honesty as much as I love layered styles, it can be tricky for me to pull them off being as short as I am. It doesn’t take much for me to all of the sudden feel like I’m bulking up. Therefore I’m always selective in how I layer my clothes and tend to like thinner layers to a void the bulkiness.

White V Neck Tee

I’m all about the basics. I have 3 white v-neck tees that I swap between as my base layer for cute jackets. This was a perfect opportunity to use that as my base layer. Plus the white tank mixed with the black leggings always looks great!

Spanx Moto Leggings

If you’re new to my Game Night Outfit blog, let me tell you, these are my absolute favorites. I love Spanx. The moto leggings are my favorite, but I also recently invested in the quilted leggings and love those too! The traditional faux leather leggings are a basic that everyone should have in their closet. They’re all tagged directly below!

Jewels

I had never heard of Opalized Wood until I met Sara. Her collection “Amáli” is truly out of this world. She hand picks all of her gemstones and creates the designs herself. If you’ve never seen her pieces in person, I HIGHLY recommend checking her stuff out at Hurdle’s Jewelry in Boulder! I was rocking one of her one-of-a-kind necklaces during this game along with my gold hoop earrings.

Lace Up Boots

I love these stiletto boots. I love them so much that I have them in three different colors. I think the lace up style with the thin heel elongates my leg nicely, especially with the spanx leggings. Plus they’re under $25!! Shop them below:

Make-up

I’m going to start adding this tab into the mix. I get so many compliments on my eyelashes and eye makeup that I wanted to make sure I was sharing what I used with you all! The eyelashes are definitely large but I love them for on camera!
