The Avs are looking hot, hot, hot right now and even with 4,000 people in the stands it feels loud in Ball Arena!! I truly didn’t realize how much I missed live hockey games. To the point where I don’t want to go to the bathroom out of fear of missing something!! Thank goodness we’ve got another game tonight and on Sunday too!! Go Avs!!!

This Game Night Outfit was a tad more casual. I had a vision for it that didn’t totally translate but nonetheless it was cute and worked great for a GNO.

Free People Thermal

New Free People shirt…who dis?! Seriously, I love this thermal. It has thumb holes!!! All the best shirts have thumb holes! I love the over the shoulder look. I think I probably would’ve sized up in hindsight so that the overall look was a tad baggier. That was more of my vision going into this GNO. For reference I’m wearing a small and would’ve preferred a medium. They have this in multiple colors too!

Spanx for Days

Spanx are always a must. I’ve mentioned previously on the blog but I have multiple pairs that I rotate CONSTANTLY. They’re the perfect flattering legging. They’re super durable and truly worth every penny! These are the traditional leather legging style. These and the motos are definitely my favorite. I’ve tagged both styles below.

Lace Up Boots

I love a good lace up boot. I have these in black, tan and olive. If they made them in more colors, I’d have them. They’re shockingly comfortable as well. Since I’m a shorty, I always look for styles that will elongate my legs. Typically, not always, this includes a thin heel and a slim ankle fit. These boots give me just that! Plus they feel very wintery with the Timberland vibe.

Jewels

Anyone else super into this gold everything trend right now? Even if it’s not a trend, I’m sticking with it. I love the layers and stacking lots of chains together!
