Playoffs HERE WE COME!!! Coming in hot too!!! Last week’s back-to-back games with the Kings were extremely nerve wracking. It came down to this last game to determine if we won the President’s Trophy (Meaning the top team in the league!). Well guess what folks, we freaking did it!! For the first time in 20 years!!! It was an absolute blast of a game. The first period started out a little scary, the Kings scored and we were left scoreless…cue Period 2. We scored 5 and sealed our fate! Tonight’s game is the first one for us in playoffs taking on the St. Louis Blues. Let’s GOOOO Avs!!!

Game Night Outfit

Free People Adella Dress

This dress is so summery and fun. It has a very flowy feel to it and you can find it almost anywhere! I love the black color but they do make it in a ton of different colors just like the bralette version. If you haven’t ever looked into the Free People Adella Bralettes, you’re missing out. They’re fabulous and look great under any top! This is the dress version of those bralettes which became super popular a few years ago. I will say that the dress is a little see-through so make sure you have a slip underneath it if you plan to wear it out versus at the beach.

Denim Jacket

I love a good acid wash anything. Also my denim jacket collection is out of control. This one is probably my favorite of the batch though. The tone of the acid wash is key. Additionally, the fit of this jacket is great, it’s not quite a crop but definitely feels small and fitted. This one was from Forever 21 a million years ago but I found some great dupes tagged below!

Pink Pumps

My feet hurt SO FREAKING BAD during the game. I’ve been on my feet a lot this week so I think they were in rare form already but unfortunately I hadn’t worn these pumps before. Yikes, they were not broken in! I ended up stealing some purple tape from Bernie and wrapped it around the blister area. Gross. They are so cute but unfortunately quite painful. I tagged a bunch of similar (and cheaper styles) below that will hopefully hurt a lot less than these. These heels are last season from Aldo and no longer available…it’s probably for the best!
