Game Night Outfit - Blackhawks v. Avs - 10/28/17
First things first, the Avs beat the Blackhawks 6-3 last night! Woop woop!!
After a tough loss the day before in Las Vegas, the Avs bounced back in a strong fashion. Weekend games always bring a rowdy yet fun crowd, especially a Saturday night game against the Blackhawks (boooooo). It was also our closest game to Halloween. I guess a lot of people decided to dress up as Blackhawks fans?? Good one guys...
Though I desperately wanted to dress up as Veronica Corningstone, I had just received a package in this week from one of my new obsessions
It didn't take much inspiration to put together this gorgeous number.

Luckily it wasn't ALL Blackhawks fans at the game, I managed to find this awesome kangaroo. He'd never been to Australia, nor seen a real life kangaroo. Had he won the $1,000 from Toyota Time, he said he would have put that directly towards his first Australia trip. Talk about an inspired Halloween costume!
