Game Night Outfit - Flames vs. Avs. - 10/13/18

Colorado Girls Hockey Night = GNO so this post is about my GNO (Game Night Outfit) on GNO (Girl’s Night Out). A little confusing, right? Well let me tell you a little more about this night. This was our inaugural girls hockey night in Colorado. This collaboration was created to recognize the growing sport of girls hockey. In addition to many special events for this fun night, our very own Lauren Gardner took over for Alan Roach as our PA announcer. Basically girls took over, which was amazing and LG freaking rocked it!

LBD

Everyone loves a good LBD (Little Black Dress). I have one too many in my closet to be honest. (Check out my Poshmark for clothing items I’m selling out of my closet!) I do believe it’s important to have a few different style options when it comes to your little black dress collection. This is a body con style I purchased from good ol’ Forever 21! Surprisingly enough, this dress has lasted me years!

Plaid Blazer

Confession: I panicked about 4 hours before I had to be at Pepsi Center because I had, wait for it, NOTHING TO WEAR! So I took a trip to H&M and found some serious winners including this cute plaid blazer. I love that it’s lightweight and a longer cut. I’ve found that when blazers have shoulder pads in them, they tend to look bulky on me, this one was a lot leaner and lighter. Can’t live without this blazer?? OTK Boots

I have these in a few colors. I honestly wanted to wear my red OTK (over the knee) boots, but we were playing Calgary, so bright red was a no-go. These bunched over the knee black boots were purchased on Saturday pre-game time as well. Shockingly, I always have luck finding boots & heels at Forever 21. These are available now! Jewels

I wore my hoops….big shocker! I LOVE my hoop earrings. I also had my favorite Zoe Chicco necklace on. I love everything from Zoe Chicco because they have the most dainty yet wearable pieces of jewelry. This diamond Y necklace is absolutely an everyday piece for me, and worked perfectly with this outfit.
