Game Night Outfit - Avs v. Blues - 1/18/20

Welcome back to the blog for another Game Night Outfit. One more to go for this home stand of games, stay tuned for that blog post coming out tomorrow!

This game against the Blues was quite intense. Ever since game 82 two seasons ago against the Blues, it’s been a pretty nutty game. Plus, they won the cup last year so you can always count on some bandwagon fans to get involved. It was the third game this week, which meant it was time to get basic.

LBD

One of my favorite LBD’s came into play for Saturday’s day game. This body con style dress has a thick material with cut outs at the neck and on both legs. I love the angles of this design along with the neck line. I’m a big fan of styles that are classic with a twist. This dress is a great example of that! An LBD with a few extra cut out details, the perfect combo of classy & basic.

Red Heels

I believe in a pop of color with any basic style. This pop of color came from my red stiletto heels for this outfit. I recently featured these beauties on my instagram with a Rolling Stones tee and received a ton of compliments on them! These are an older version from Aldo but I’ve tagged some similar styles to shop below!

Jewels

Hoops & my Zoe Chicco necklace…enough said right? If you frequent my blog, you’re probably feeling pretty stagnant with this section. This is ironic considering my full time job and access to jewelry. I need to branch out more, but this outfit was all about the basics and these are truly my go-to accessories. I think it’s always important to have a few staples that you can wear with everything. That’s what these are for me!

Make Up Details

I just want to make note of my favorite eyelashes I use for game days. I tagged them below. They’re under $15 for a full 15 pack on Amazon! I also prefer to use the DUO lash glue in a dark color. My eyes are pretty sensitive and tend to react to most glues. The DUO version has always been a solid option for me!
